Officer William Bergin from Sandy and Deputy Dave Willard shot Fouad Kaady to death because they were scared for him to touch them. They later lied and said that he yelled he was going to kill them. That is untrue and was a story set up from the police department in Sandy when they realized there were no drugs or alcohol in his system or anything to make the public think this kid was a danger. Witnesses to this event admitted they did not hear Fouad Kaady say this. The only things he was saying to the police seemed to be "ok" and "PLEASE DONT" ! Fouad Kaady said please dont when they officers kept using the Taser guns on him because he would not get up and go to the grass. Imagine how it must have hurt to be tased so much and also have been so badly injured by the wreck at the same time. 28 SECONDS After the cops report getting to the location you hear them say shots fired (MEANING THE COPS BOTH SHOT HIM TO DEATH) They say he was unarmed and they were aware of it when they shot him to death!

 The American Cops said Fouad Kaady was naked but, it was because his clothing burned into his flesh! This man was not on drugs or drinking but, he was just in shock and in NEED OF AN AMBULANCE or kind person to take him to the Hospital. Instead the cops shot him to death. Police Brutality and murder by American Cops is something that happens almost daily in the USA.

  The cops admitted when they asked the young man Fouad Kaady to show his hands they did not see a weapon and knew he was not armed. BY THEY WAY WHEN THE ASKED THAT OF HIM HE DID IT. HE SHOWED THEM HIS HANDS RIGHT AWAY! They then started to go up to him while telling him to get on his stomach on the pavement that was hot. Laying on that with his already burned flesh we be very painful. He said ok but did not do it and continued to site on the side of the road. Probably because he was IN SHOCK AND HURT BADLY! The Sandy Police even said Fouad Kaddy looked like he was in a catatonic state (SURE HE WAS IN SHOCK FROM THE ACCIDENT!) and was just sitting there with his face in his hands. They then told him to go to the grass and lay down. He again said ok but, he did not get up and just sat there IN PAIN AND INJURED!

  He was in SHOCK! Obviously he was very hurt from the wreck/ This guy was just in a major accident. He needed an ambulance or a cop that would not shot him but, get him to the hospital! THIS MAN NEEDED MEDICAL HELP and someone to save his life not to kill him. He did nothing wrong. When he did not get up to go to the grass (which was stupid for them to even ask of him) the cops tased him not just one time. They hit him hard with the tasers! They kept asking him to get up then When Fouad Kaady tried to get up the cops got scared because he was all bloody from the WRECK! He was badly hurt and in need of help but, instead of calling a medic to get him they then shot him to death! When Fouad Kaddy got up and got on top of the police car the cops both opened fire shooting him to death. Yes the Sandy Police Officers shot him to death! They killed him instead of giving him medical help because Dave Willard was scared of having to touch this man or having this boy touch him because of the blood! Deputy Dave Willard was even caught admitting this. He seems to think that is a good reason to kill someone!

(Keep in mind the way the media told it was that they called for Code 3 Medical prior to approaching him to tase him! They did not and the audio tape from the police department shows that the only time they called for code 3 medial was after they shot him to death. You hear them say code3 medical SHOTS FIRED!) Prior to that they did not call for a medic because they had intentions to kill this man for no reason it seems! OBVIOUSLY!

  Why did the asses or murders of the Sandy Police Department want this man to go to the grass you may wonder! It is beacause they are inbreeding american idiots and murders. Also they made up a story later saying they thought he could have been armed with a gun. Of course he was not and they knew it! When they got to him they said they thought he may have a gun but, after seeing he was sitting indian style with no weapon but, just in pain they still wanted him to be cuffed. They wanted him to go to the grass so that they could put cuffs on him. WTF where these idiots thinking. I hate inbreeders like that!

   First lies the media tried to say was that Fouad Kaady was on drugs because he was naked on the side of the road. HE WAS IN SHOCK! The media questioned if he was on drugs or had a weapon. How hard is it to see if a person has a weapon when they are naked (WITH THEIR CLOTHING BURNED INTO THEIR FLESH) AGAIN he did not threaten anyone and had no weapon. He had clothing on but, it was burned into his skin so he looked half naked. Even the cops admit that he was cut up and burned with flesh hanging off and covered in blood from head to toe.

The Deputy admitted he was scare of the man touching him because he was scared of diseases from blood. Yes this is true for he said and admitted that his NUMBER 1 Concern was the blood and that was all he kept saying was due to diseases he had to stop the man from coming near him. They kept saying they wanted him to lay on his stomach to get him in restraints. WTF Why would they want to do that. They also kept saying they were not going to let that man leave there. Well he did not leave alive obviously! They said they tased him because he was sitting in shock and would not do anything. WTF!

   Police Dispatchers from Sandy were heard laughing and making fun of the man being shot!  The Sandy Police dispatchers thought it was funny that this poor boy had his clothing burned into his skin. They kept saying it will make good news and kept calling him naked guy. They then called him dead naked guy and sounded like they were laughing. Well it made the news alright since the cops shot him to death but, they said the cops were justified in the shooting death of Fouad Kaady. How can this be justified! Only in America can cops kill and get away with murder daily. The  cops and dispatchers of Sandy spoke about him like he was not even human. The police department was more worried about he news getting this than they were about the fact they shot an innocent man and killed him! They said the tapes would not be released but, they were so you can hear and know what was going on. The tests showed that Fouad Kaady was not on drugs (HE WAS SURE IN SHOCK).

When I write about Police Brutality in the US and how some cops in America are murders and out of hand this is because I want the voices of these people to be heard. Police Brutality does result in death. You read cases on Police killing innocent people every day in America and it is not so uncommon for many cases to be swept away and never heard of. The American television and media websites in America lie and leave out facts in many cases of police brutality. They do this of course also in the Iraq and Iran wars and the US Iraq War going on still to this day. It is sick and sad how the American Media sites and news in America is so distorted and wrong. I never count on just a few sources when it comes to news and articles. I look into every single article with great detail to make sure I report the facts and truth about police brutality and more. When I write about Police brutality and war articles it to me is very sad and makes me even more angry at this country.
